"Big Brother...?"
Seeing Roman looking at Attila with an unusually grave expression, Luo Zhen frowned and called out to him.
Under these circumstances, Roman finally pulled his gaze away from Attila and turned to Luo Zhen.
"You..."
Perhaps recalling the dangers Luo Zhen had encountered throughout this Singularity, Roman raised his eyebrows, looking ready to lose his temper.
But for some reason, halfway through, Roman seemed to deflate and merely let out a faint sigh.
"Forget it. As long as you made it back safely, that's all that matters."
Roman spoke helplessly as he sighed.
Seeing Roman like this, Luo Zhen was stunned.
"What's wrong, Big Brother?"
Luo Zhen couldn't help asking.
"Are you feeling unwell, Doctor?"
Even Mashu asked worriedly.
Roman didn't answer. Instead, Da Vinci spoke for him.
"Well, this time wasn't easy for him. He must be exhausted, right?" Da Vinci said nonchalantly. "The Second Singularity, Third Singularity, and Fourth Singularity were all cleared so easily by Rorerei that Chaldea relaxed its management of Master emergencies. As a result, Rorerei encountered danger several times during this Fifth Singularity, while Chaldea failed to provide proper support and prevent those situations. So, as the acting director, Romani is feeling terribly depressed right now."
Mashu looked somewhat enlightened.
Luo Zhen, however, instinctively sensed that something was off.
That might indeed have been one of the reasons Roman was depressed, but Luo Zhen felt that Roman seemed worried and distracted by something else as well.
More specifically, it was...
"Solomon," Luo Zhen said abruptly. "Who would have thought that the mastermind behind Humanity Incineration really was the King of Magecraft who commanded the Seventy-Two Pillars of Solomon? And he was even a King Class Servant. It's truly unexpected."
Luo Zhen's voice reached everyone's ears, and they all fell silent.
"King Class..."
