Zhang Qing learned that becoming a Controller could restore his lost Myriad Worlds, but the ruined Chaos Battlefield left him without the momentum, Theater, or audience needed to advance. He recalled his beginnings in Zi City and presented the journey to the assembled Controllers, ending with them watching in silence.

After three thousand years of being beaten by Zhang Qing, Slaughter warned the Rulers that Zhang Qing would gather allies and make them powerful, so they resolved to destroy the Myriad Worlds. They succeeded, and as Tian Qi considered the fate of his homeland, the Primordial Universe Will prepared to reincarnate, confident Zhang Qing would win.

• After enduring three thousand years of sparring losses, Slaughter gathered the Rulers and heard Divine Radiance warn that Zhang Qing would raise his allies to their level.
• The Rulers agreed to destroy the Myriad Worlds so Zhang Qing could not recruit and empower more allies.
• The Rulers and Zhang Qing fought, and the Rulers destroyed all the Myriad Worlds despite being unable to defeat him.
• Tian Qi, now the Heavenly Dao of the Blue Star World, mourned his destroyed homeland and asked the Primordial Universe Will whether it was the last surviving Myriad Worlds.
• The Primordial Universe Will told Tian Qi the Blue Star World would not survive either, then chose to reincarnate and declared that Zhang Qing was guaranteed to win.
