The street east of the Sixth District was the Noble District, lined with nobles' residences, high-end restaurants, and facilities reserved for the nobility.

Because of their close ties, the Kuchiki and Shihoin Clans were both located between the Noble District and the residential area, and members of various divisions often came and went.
Most of those visiting the Kuchiki Clan were members of the Sixth Division, while those visiting the Shihoin Clan were generally members of Onmitsukidō.
Although the commander-in-chief of Onmitsukidō was no longer a member of the Shihoin Clan, Soi Fon's lower-noble Hachi Clan still regarded following and protecting the Shihoin family as its duty.
Other than the change in commander, the relationship between the Shihoin Clan and Onmitsukidō had remained unchanged. The Shihoin Clan, known as the "Division of Heavenly Gifts," had continued providing support to Onmitsukidō.
