Ichigo Kurosaki stared at the monk and the others in a daze, then looked toward Captain Commander Yamamoto with a bewildered expression.
I don't even know who these people are. You want me to go with them?
To be honest, Ichigo Kurosaki still had no idea what was going on. To prevent Duan Mu's counterinvasion, the Quincy forces of the Wandenreich stationed outside had completely withdrawn. Thus, although Soul Society and Hueco Mundo had been locked in fierce battle for days, the Human World had not been affected in the slightest.
Before coming here, Ichigo Kurosaki had only received word from Urahara Kisuke that Boss Duan Mu had run into trouble. Then, for some inexplicable reason, he had been sent to Hueco Mundo, where he had helped Nelly and the others defeat the invaders while still confused about the situation.
He had no objections to helping Las Noches. Aside from Grimmjow irritating him somewhat, Ichigo Kurosaki was unfamiliar with everyone there except Nelly and had no hostility toward them.
He simply did not understand why, when Boss Duan Mu had encountered trouble, they had not sent him to support Boss Duan Mu and had instead sent them to aid Hueco Mundo.
After arriving in Soul Society, all the Arrancar had protected Boss Duan Mu. They seemed especially wary of the Gotei 13, which was clearly on the same side as Boss Duan Mu—particularly those five people.
