Heavenly Talisman Hall was an organization that was mysterious in one sense—most of its members knew nothing of its true background—and not mysterious in another, since those who understood it knew exactly where it came from.

Its members were spread throughout the myriad worlds, with no restrictions on cultivation level. At the high end were Tier 7 Dao Masters from the Three Daoist Sects, such as Primordial Beginning Sect and Spirit Treasure Sect; at the low end, even Foundation Establishment minor cultivators like Su Qing had once been could become official members of the hall.

There were no restrictions on identity either. Demons could join, strange clans could enter, and even those born as evil entities, like Gao Erqiang, could become good comrades in Heavenly Talisman Hall after turning from evil and embarking upon the path of suppressing demons and destroying evil.
