Although he had long expected this, Levi was still incredibly excited.
"Now this will be easy. Grind!"
Levi was all grind now; the more he grinded, the more energized he became.
Even the legendary grinders from DNF in his previous life would have to bow before Levi's grinding.
The amount of Human-Faced Spider Breath produced in a single batch was too little. To make it genuinely useful in battle, he needed a much larger dose—unless he was in a poorly ventilated small room.
So Levi continued making potions.
The second batch, the third batch...
Whenever he tired of potion making, he cultivated his Breathing Technique. After grinding his Breathing Technique, he practiced swordsmanship; after that, he forged iron. Once he finished forging, he took a wonderfully refreshing cold bath, then went to sleep.
He repeated this routine day after day.
Seven days later, Levi had finally refined a full hundred portions of Human-Faced Spider Breath. It sounded like a lot, but it was really only a fist-sized packet of powder.
He stored the packet away. From now on, he could use Human-Faced Spider Breath in place of Quicklime.
Quicklime was only useful against ordinary people; it was nowhere near enough against Knights.
A packet of powder like this should last Levi for some time.
At the same time, Levi's Potion Making skill had reached the Second Order.
