Ruyi Celestial Palace

By the time Jiang Liu had dived halfway down through the water, he had already seen the vast expanse of light at the bottom of the lake.

Jiang Liu accelerated his descent toward the source of the light. When he reached the curtain of light, he passed through it with ease, without feeling the slightest resistance.

Only after passing through the curtain of light did Jiang Liu see that what lay within it was actually a palace.

It seemed that this curtain of light, like the curtain of origin qi in midair, could distort people's vision.

From outside, it was impossible to see clearly what was inside.

Jiang Liu stood before the palace gates and looked up at the plaque. The four ancient, unadorned characters "Ruyi Celestial Palace" hung high above him.

"Ruyi Celestial Palace?" Jiang Liu looked at the name on the plaque and thought, Could the words 'Ruyi' have some special meaning?

Jiang Liu did not dwell on it. He reached out, pushed open the palace gates, and walked inside.

When he had looked at the palace from outside just now, it had not seemed particularly large. He had not expected that only after entering would he discover how vast the space inside actually was.

What appeared before his eyes was a gigantic plaza.

Directly opposite the center of the plaza stood a great Main Hall.

On either side of the Main Hall were more than a dozen rooms, and between the many rooms stood two additional halls.

Thus, the Ruyi Celestial Palace consisted of more than twenty rooms, three main halls, and one enormous plaza.

Therefore, this was not a single palace. It would be more appropriate to call it a palace complex.

Such a huge palace complex—perhaps that Martial Saint powerhouse had been too lonely staying
