After Adam talked Sheldon into making peace with his bladder, Sheldon came back to find Adam gone.

Sheldon dropped the envelope and let out a whimper, frightened yet excited.
After struggling with himself for quite a while, Sheldon lifted his head, picked up the envelope, and left.
