"Where's Mr. Tucker?"

Disappointed that the lucky guy hadn't made it through the jinx, Adam checked on Monica and Little Adam before heading to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit to visit Georgie Jr.

"He went back."

Dr. Bailey leaned over the crib, watching her precious son. She glanced at Adam and replied flatly.

"Uh..."

Adam immediately sensed there was a problem.

"He went back to pack his things. He's moving into a hotel tonight."

Dr. Bailey confirmed Adam's suspicion.

"Can't it be salvaged?"

Adam sighed.

He hadn't expected that with Elizabeth's death, the reconciliation she had worked so hard to create would collapse in an instant.

"It's already come to this. What's left to salvage?"

Dr. Bailey said woodenly, "Is all of this my fault? Back then, he was the one who suggested staying home to take care of George.
