Meredith held The Lancet's cover, her gaze as dreamy as ever.

Cristina snatched it away, gave it a look, and mocked, "If it were me, I'd rather have my face covering the entire thing. Now that's romantic."
"You're about to get married. Stop acting as independent as you used to. You need to start developing some team spirit."
Meredith smiled irritably. "You and Burke are a team."
"I'll always be me!"
Cristina declared confidently. "No one can change me!"

Meredith pulled Cristina outside. "Everyone's waiting for the rankings. Let's go take a look."

A group of doctors crowded around a computer.
"Move back. You're breathing all my oxygen!"
Dr. Bailey, seated before the computer, complained to Dr. Shepherd, who had leaned his head right beside her face.
"I'm looking at the screen."
Dr. Shepherd said with a smile.
"The results aren't even out yet. What's there to look at?"
Though Dr. Bailey said that, her eyes remained fixed on the screen.
"The results should be out at four."
Dr. Burke stood there with his arms folded.
"It's already 4:15!"
