The Death God Avatar's demise meant Camilla's complete annihilation!
Linley's series of killings happened too quickly; the entire battle had lasted mere seconds since it broke out!
This was the norm in hell!
As long as there was a power disparity, the combat frequency between God-level powerhouses was actually very fast!
"My lord, spare me!"
Claude and Joseph were still trapped within the Electromagnetic Space, their bodies riddled with wounds. No matter how they dodged and weaved, it was futile. If this continued, their demise was only a matter of time.
They were horrified, wondering how a Mid-level God could be so powerful. They even suspected the other party was a High-God who had hidden their soul aura! Otherwise, how could this Divine Power be so terrifying!
Linley's eyes were cold and emotionless. He said calmly, "You brought this upon yourselves, so don't blame me."
As he spoke, he raised his long saber and swung it. The Electromagnetic Space compressed violently, and the abundant lightning bolts transformed into scorching energy spheres, engulfing the two in an instant. After a brilliant flash of light, only three Divine Sparks and two Space Rings remained.
Claude's Earth High-Divine Spark, Wind Mid-level Divine Spark, and Joseph's Death High-Divine Spark.
Linley, with spare energy, turned and slashed his saber, killing the dying Blood Soul Snake, its body covered in pits. He casually grabbed the Life High-Divine Spark, marveling at how strong such divine beasts' physiques were, managing not to be killed directly by the electromagnetic explosion.
"Linley, you..."
Thomas and Corey arrived from a slight distance away. Seeing Linley safe and sound, they were somewhat taken aback and didn't know what to say.
They had both witnessed the scene of him rampaging and killing, their minds still reeling, unable to comprehend what had happened.
A Mid-level God who had fused three Profound Mysteries theoretically had a base strength comparable to a Four-star Demon. Even if Linley's techniques were powerful, reaching Five-star Demon level would be remarkable, but Six-star Demon was simply too exaggerated.
Linley shook his head and said, "You forced my hand."
It was he who had sent a telepathic message earlier, telling Thomas and Corey to stay further away. After all, in a battlefield predominantly filled with Four-star and Five-star Demons, Mid-level Gods like them were merely high-level cannon fodder. There was no need for them to sacrifice themselves needlessly, and their presence nearby would only be a hindrance.
Linley picked up the Space Rings and dripped blood on them one by one to claim ownership.
Claude's and Camilla's were successful.
Joseph's failed.
As for the slain Chaos, his Space Ring also couldn't be claimed, proving that they all had other Divine Avatars or their true bodies in their Saint Domains still alive.
Linley was not entirely satisfied with this outcome.
Chaos was fine; he hadn't witnessed Linley's extraordinary display of power. The inability to refine the Space Ring left behind by his Destruction God Avatar was not important.
Joseph, however, was a potential threat.
Linley pondered, "Never mind, the problem shouldn't be too big."
Based on the conversations between Joseph and Chaos, he clearly had a deep hatred for Camilla. If his other Divine Avatar was powerful enough, there was no reason it wouldn't have been brought along for this mission.
Linley estimated its strength to be at most that of a Four-star Demon, or even a Mid-level God. It was extremely rare in hell for someone to cultivate two elemental talents to the High-God stage independently.
"Let's go, we'll check out the Bloodthirsty Castle."
Linley found a large amount of resources within Camilla's Space Ring, such as Ink Stones, Azure Stones, and Blood Crystals piled up like a small mountain, along with other items. However, he didn't search them thoroughly as it wasn't appropriate at the moment; he'd have plenty of time later.
Who knew if there were any hidden treasures within the Bloodthirsty Castle? Moreover, there were still a few people to deal with along the way.
The three of them flew over.
Coincidentally, they encountered Claude's wife and children at the castle entrance. The two parties looked at each other, their expressions varied.
Mariana frowned, saying in surprise, "Hmm, where are Claude and the others?"
Lisa's expression was peculiar. She sent a telepathic message to her mother and brother, explaining what had just happened. She hadn't expected this Mid-level God to be unharmed.
"What..."
Mariana and Aaron exclaimed in shock and panic. They both realized that the situation seemed to be not quite right.
"My father..."
The telepathic transmission was very efficient. In reality, it took less than a second. Aaron, the dark-haired youth, was about to ask the three Mid-level God evaluators in front of him about his father Claude's whereabouts.
Suddenly, a bolt of lightning struck him head-on. Aaron had no power to resist and was instantly blasted into ashes!
"Aaron!"
"Brother!"
Mariana and Lisa screamed, their beautiful faces turning deathly pale.
Linley gave them a warning glance, which immediately scared them into silence.
Linley picked up Aaron's Space Ring and tried to drip blood on it to claim ownership, but it failed. This made him frown. He looked at Mariana and questioned her sternly, "How many Divine Avatars does he have, what is his strength, and where is he? Explain everything."
Mariana's heart pounded. She forced herself to suppress her fear and replied, "Our true bodies in our Saint Domains are all within Red Stone City."
Linley nodded and said, "Keeping you around is too much trouble."
As soon as he finished speaking, he raised his hand and sent two bolts of lightning, killing the mother and daughter without any hesitation!
Thomas said regretfully, "It's such a shame to kill them like this. Don't you like them?"
Linley chuckled and said, "I do find them appealing, but there's no need for that. They aren't worth my time to subdue."
He picked up the Space Rings of the two women. Trying to drip blood on them indeed failed. It seemed Mariana hadn't lied, and it matched the induction from the Magnetic Field Power.
Linley didn't pay much attention to the Saint Domain true bodies of Mariana, Aaron, and Lisa; in the future, they would only be able to hide within the city and barely survive.
Even if they cultivated laws of other attributes and grew in power to seek revenge, Linley wouldn't know how powerful he would be by then, posing no threat at all.
Linley wouldn't keep them around, as that would allow their Saint Domain true bodies within Red Stone City to know his location at all times.
The three entered Bloodthirsty Castle and found that some Blood Slaves had regained their freedom due to Camilla's death. Linley let them escape as long as they didn't take anything from Bloodthirsty Castle.
"Heh, why should we listen to you?"
"That bitch Camilla deserved to die. The property in this Bloodthirsty Castle belongs to everyone who sees it; no one should try to hoard it."
Incited by a few greedy Blood Slaves, the castle descended into chaos as they began looting valuables, completely disregarding Linley's words.
Linley shook his head and sighed, "Isn't living good? You don't cherish the path to survival I'm offering."
He picked up his long saber and cut them down one by one!
Amidst flashes of lightning and thunder, the corpses of numerous Blood Slaves fell in the great hall, corridors, and secret chambers throughout the castle.
Seeing no extraneous individuals, Linley unleashed his Spiritual Sense without restraint, merging it with his Magnetic Field Power. It easily covered a thousand meters and continued to expand, completely enveloping the entire castle and surrounding areas. He meticulously scoured all the resources before leaving with satisfaction.
He returned to the metal life form.
The staff of the Demon Castle were taking attendance. Upon seeing Linley and the other two return, their faces showed surprise as they exclaimed, "You guys are really lucky to have survived this."
Linley observed that the number of examinees who had returned alive was less than twenty, and most of them looked unwell.
