White Cavern.
Spirit-Melting Marsh.
Outside the Frostbound Realm.
Storyteller clenched his dainty fist and hammered it against the sealed domain, yet he froze completely.
"The domain... cracked?"
He could scarcely believe it.
The power of this seal was extraordinarily mystical.
Even though he could tell that the Ghost Beast's current strength had not been fully developed,
the sealing power of an ordinary Cutting Path was enough to utterly suppress a spiritual cultivator like him, who had yet to grasp the power of the Great Void! Therefore,
no matter how much he increased the force of his attacks,
all he could do to this domain was make it shake more violently.
But now...
He had not even unleashed his ultimate move, "Yin-Yang Life and Death."
How had this thing cracked on its own? "No!"
Feeling the surroundings seemingly return to normal temperature, Storyteller keenly sensed that something was wrong.
Logically, even if the Frostbound Realm was isolated by a Grand Formation,
standing outside it at such close range,
he should still have been able to feel the chill seeping out from within.
Yet under the barrage of his punches,
the freezing temperature inside had somehow quietly receded? "Perhaps it hadn't receded..."
Storyteller's thoughts took a sharp turn, and he immediately caught on.
He spun around in alarm, extending his spiritual sense behind him.
Sure enough,
the farther one got from the Icebound Realm, the hotter the temperature became.
That meant the low temperature here had not withdrawn—it had been neutralized into normal temperature by intense heat! "Could it be..."
"The white magma over there is about to erupt again?"
"But that's not right!"
Storyteller looked back, unable to believe it.
But as he watched the widening cracks in the sealed domain, his mind buzzed, and he understood everything.
"Could it be..."
