"Coming this way?"
Lan Xinzi watched as the Yousi Sword, propelled by white sword aura, shot straight toward where the two of them were hiding.
Her first reaction was, Who is helping me? Less than half a breath later, she dismissed the illusion.
"Someone wants to use us and make us the ones to stick our necks out!"
Lan Xinzi immediately turned to He Yuxing.
The moment she turned, she realized something was off with the man beside her.

Lan Xinzi's eyes froze.
The next moment.
The speeding vicious sword seemed finally to have cast off its bewilderment. It shuddered excitedly in midair.
"Buzz!"
In an instant, the air split with patterns, and the earth crumbled.
Scattered black sword aura slashed forth from every direction, forcing back the crowd behind it before they could even give chase.
"The Yousi Sword moved!"
Everyone's eyes burned.
Even when people had previously touched—or even gripped—the Yousi Sword, it had never reacted so fiercely.
Now, merely shooting toward one particular direction had provoked such a response.
"What did the Yousi Sword sense?"
Everyone instinctively sensed that things were amiss.
If this continued, wouldn't the wielder of the vicious sword emerge?
Then what were they supposed to do? "Chase!"
