It had to be admitted that being a king with real power was indeed much easier. Whether it was the canal construction earlier or the current World Airplane Expo, Arthur only needed to propose a framework, and a steady stream of people would refine it.

Arthur's attention would not remain fixed on any one area for long. After the World Airplane Expo, he once again went into the countryside to inspect the situation, while also listening to Minister of Agriculture Maciej Sweeney's report on agricultural development under the Eight-Year Construction Plan.

In a grain-producing region more than thirty kilometers outside Saint Arthur's Fort, Arthur met the newly appointed Minister of Agriculture.

"Your Majesty." Maciej Sweeney bowed respectfully.

"Minister Maciej, tell me about the Agricultural Department's upcoming construction plans." Arthur nodded calmly, signaling for Minister Maciej to walk and talk with him.

A large number of Royal Guards controlled the surroundings, so there was no need to worry about security. Arthur and Minister Maciej thus toured the specific construction projects in the grain-producing region while discussing the Ministry of Agriculture's plans.

"Your Majesty, the Ministry of Agriculture has three major construction projects planned for the future. The first is water conservancy construction to guarantee water supplies for the grain-producing regions. The second is technological development to promote agricultural innovation and accelerate mechanization. The third is systematic construction to improve the agricultural-product production chain, promote agricultural production and the processing of agricultural products, and increase the actual incomes of agricultural workers," Minister Maciej explained with great respect.

"The grain-producing region you see here currently has three large reservoirs, which can guarantee the water needs of our grain-producing regions under any circumstances.
