Following Luvia's suggestion, directly divining "how to obtain the Demon Hunting Seal" would most likely only reveal an absolutely correct but extremely vague direction. Directly divining "how to fight the demon on Daknis" might yield the result of seeking help from The Church.
Shade thought for a moment.
"I want to divine how to obtain the relic Demon Hunting Seal within two weeks, in Tobesk and the surrounding areas of Coldwater Port, without facing too much danger."
Luvia looked at him, and sure enough, Shade added:
"If the divination fails or the result is still vague, then we'll give up on using this relic against the demon and think of something else. Luvia, if I used a huge canvas to turn Dawn Church into a toy, carried it around with me, and released it to suppress the demon at the right moment, would The Church hunt me down?"
He was naturally joking. A Second Ring Warlock's spirit was not enough to accomplish something like that, and besides, churches were steeped in prayers and confessions all year round. They were practically powerful sacred Alchemy Items themselves, and Shade's thaumaturgy Toy Making did not work on Alchemy Items.
Luvia laughed as well.
"Shade, it's hard to say whether The Church would hunt you down, but Priest Augustus definitely would."
The girl with short brown hair draped over her shoulders closed her eyes and tossed the coin into the air. As it fell after reaching its highest point, rust spots appeared on its surface. Before it could land back on the table, it scattered into ash and vanished into the air.
This meant the divination had worked.
"How did it turn out?"
Shade asked eagerly.
Luvia opened her eyes, and the hazy purple glow gradually faded. This divination had not affected her much,
