Time seemed to stall in this room. Shade wanted to wait in silence for the doctor to speak again, but to prevent Iluna and Tifa from growing impatient and storming into the clinic to kill the doctor, Shade spoke up anyway.
"Because of some accidents at Lake View Manor, I guessed back then that you were possessed by a demon."
This referred to the eerie figure that appeared behind the doctor when he saw him use the Words of Sublimation.
"Yes."
"Remember that time we met at Saint Song Square?"
