Asha La, the female bard Mrs. Sangmei had mentioned with the exceptionally powerful singing voice, seemed to have come from Middhir Fort City, the "Mountain City" in the kingdom's southeast. She had dark red hair, though her looks were not particularly outstanding.

The female bard appeared promptly at seven, wearing a soft floral hat predominantly red, a white shirt beneath a brown vest with silver buttons, and trousers.

The regulars applauded and cheered, with some even tossing coins toward the barstool.

The female bard seemed accustomed to this. Sitting on the stool, she played and sang with a lute, telling an ancient love story through her song.

The Outlander ultimately lacked sufficient knowledge of this world's culture, but Iluna had heard the story before. It was a very traditional love legend about a Princess and a Prince, involving adventures, witchcraft, and other such things. The one who awakened the Sleeping Princess was a kiss described by the bard in a trembling voice. She truly described the details of that kiss in great detail, once again reminding Shade that this was an inn in the Lower District.

Such detailed descriptions surely could not be heard during the day.

Though he lived in the Lower District, Mr. Urian was not one of the so-called poor. He ran a general store himself. While he could not be considered wealthy, he could at least survive in this city.

By the time Shade and Iluna followed the address to find Mr. Urian's home on Losvar Street in the north of the city, it was already seven fifty that evening.

This street was one of the better neighborhoods in the north. Three-Story Apartments and shops lined both sides, while gas and steam pipes climbed the street-facing walls in neat order. Mr. Urian lived at Number 8.
