But upon closer thought, no one had ever said that the pattern imprinted on the land of the Black Night Spirit Temple inherently belonged to that temple. That symbol was more like something that had appeared after Shade used the Myriad Aspects of Impermanence Cards to invoke "Earth Memory." And, quite coincidentally, beneath the Black Night Spirit Temple was where Long-Haired Luvia stored her "memories of the Past."

Seen that way, the symbol at the Black Night Spirit Temple was clearly connected to Long-Haired Luvia's methods. Moreover, "she" had said at the time that the Time Travel had been "illegal." This further suggested that the strange Ritual Matrix on the ground had not been the power of the Ancient Gods at all. It was more likely Long-Haired Luvia's handiwork, intended to help her next incarnation in the Sixth Epoch "see" the stories of the Past.

As for that peculiar Yggdrasil Staff, it was currently known that the Black Time Key's birth was inseparable from Long-Haired Luvia. Therefore, the pattern that appeared when the staff manifested was most likely related to Long-Haired Luvia as well. Perhaps she had even crafted that relic herself.
