"History records many incidents caused by dragons. For instance, Iluna's encounter with a dragon aboard an airship last year counts as one. But there has never been any clear record involving the Sword of Light.
"This means that disasters caused by dragons definitely involve more than devouring a few sheep, burning down a forest, or destroying several houses. By that logic, if the disaster has nothing to do with a dragon, then it would probably need to seriously affect the course of civilization."

"A disaster on the scale of Moon Bay's destruction should be enough, shouldn't it?"

"You mean that prophecy was specifically prepared for the Chosen One Ritual?"

"The appearance of the prophecy is connected to the local Seven Great Families, and the Seven Great Families appeared during the middle to late Fifth Epoch. Although we still do not know exactly what dragon the Seven Great Families encountered, nor whether that dragon knew about the Murmuring Chapters, it currently seems that even if no one does anything and simply waits for the destined destruction to arrive, someone will most likely draw a sword against the enemy in the Moon Bay Area when the time comes."
"So because of that prophecy, the Chosen One of Light was destined to appear in Moon Bay?"
