"Mr. Hamilton, if you have any way, just use it."

Grandma Sianode spoke for the others as she handed the small satchel at her waist to Shade:

"Do it now. Take this."

Inside were the incomplete Compass, along with all the information they had gathered so far concerning the Compass and the Heart of the Earth.

"Grandma, what do you mean by this?"

"You're the one most likely to get out of here. Stop talking so much. Ms. Knight is prepared to sacrifice herself, and it's not as though I am not. As long as one person can escape from here, this operation will not have been a failure."

She sighed softly. Shade pursed his lips and put away the satchel:

"I can't guarantee what will happen either, but we'll get out together."

They failed to notice that Ms. Sandel at the back of the group once again looked as though she wanted to say something. In the end, however, she lowered her head and said nothing.

Shade then searched his pocket and took out a small piece of ordinary soil and several pink flower petals. Holding them in both hands, he once again reached into the seal:

"Earth Power - Healing Aura!"

The thrown soil and petals silently vanished amid the golden light. Then, earth-yellow aura nearly instantly filled the centers of the three golden rings.

The aura rapidly gathered in Shade's hands, forming a brand-new Clay Holy Grail after a dozen seconds. Yet the sealed Worm merely looked slightly smaller than before. This "purification" had not produced much effect.

"Can this divine art be used repeatedly?"

Grandma Sianode asked from beside him. Shade shook his head:

"No. Only the first time works."

He lowered his head and looked towards the tiny wine-cup-sized "Earth Holy Grail" in his hand.
