"Good morning, Sylvia. Are you here to maintain the Teleportation Gate?"
Shade came down the stairs to her and gently kissed her on the lips. The young black-haired girl smiled.
"Yes. The other Teleportation Gates are all very stable, but this newly established one still needs maintenance. Still, I have to admit that Grandma Cassandra trained an excellent apprentice. Miss Swift has been a great help."
She kissed Shade as well.
"I heard there will be a grand Bonfire Party at the docks in Kael-Todd Town tonight."
Shade naturally understood what she meant.
"Yes, so we should be ready to dance. But this isn't a formal ball, so there's no need to prepare special clothes. I think ordinary attire will do—so, Miss Emma Sylvia, would you be willing to dance with me tonight?"
"Of course."
Miss Swift and the other Followers sent by Grandma Cassandra were currently staying in the Ice and Snow Castle. Sylvia was rather unwilling to let them spend the night in her tower; she believed this place belonged to her and Shade alone.
