Luvia noticed Shade's gaze and teasingly asked him about it. Shade did not deny it, instead asking in confusion:
"Did you look up all the uses of these Fate Bases yourself?"
Whether legal or not, most Ring Arcanist organizations would not freely open information on Sage Level and higher relics for their members to browse at will. Of course, if someone knew the name and wanted to look it up, they could still do so after applying. As for Unknown Level Relics, many Low-Ring Arcanists had never even heard of that classification.
Luvia shook her head:
"Of course not. I dreamed it. I told you before that my dreams are exceptionally powerful prophetic dreams. I think it's my talent. All right, enough about that. We still need to eat after the divination. This is our most lavish dinner before leaving home."
Her fingers deftly picked up the Dragon Blood Treasure Coin within the violet halo. After closing her eyes, she gave it a light flick, and the coin glowing purple flew high into the air. But this time, rather than turning into ashes as it fell, it scattered into violet motes of light.
Luvia opened her eyes, looking quite relaxed:
"Just as I thought, even the mental strain has lessened."
"So what exactly is the Fixed Fate in the Starfall Bay region?"
Luvia's Purple Eyes looked at Shade:
"War."
"What?"
"When Kasonlik unified the south, it alone spared the Laggson Duchy from the turmoil of war. When outsiders invaded Fatumonst Island, there were conflicts with the locals, but no horrifying war broke out.
Shade, no large-scale war has ever appeared in the Starfall Bay region. The fate of war has Solidified here and no longer flows. It is a region untouched by the fate of war."
Shade lowered his head
