Now that he had arrived at the camp, Shade met with the Council of Elders again before dinner. Other than its Queen, the newly born Elven Kingdom practically had nothing at the moment. Therefore, these elderly elf elders would not have to worry about running out of things to do over the coming decades or centuries.
The various human factions supported the establishment of an Elven Kingdom largely because the current world needed strength in every aspect. Thus, they would also support the kingdom's future development.
And the greatest problem facing the Elven Kingdom now was, in fact, its territory.
"Saint Byron's has generously stated that it can divide off one-third of the elves' current grounds within the Academy and donate it to the Elven Kingdom as territory. But we already owe Saint Byron's far too much. It was the Witch Academy that took us in during the previous epoch, and we cannot ask the Academy for territory again."
Grandma Qishala said to Shade in the tent serving as the meeting hall:
"At present, quite a few clans living throughout the world have said that once we find a territory large enough to accommodate the population, they would be willing to relocate there. Until then, we will temporarily use the Academy's current territory as our provisional homeland. Lord God Summoner, what are your thoughts?"
The elves did not wish to accept any more help from the Academy, yet they had come to Shade for assistance. Naturally, that was because they believed that since even their Queen belonged to the God Summoner, he also bore responsibility for the future Elven Kingdom.
Shade did not deny that, but the solution he could think of was not particularly good either. The only relatively secret "territory" he currently knew of was Green Lake Island.
