"No! Raven, I have to fight the enemy on the walls. Take Baron Kahn away and treat him as quickly as possible. He looks to be in very bad shape right now!" said the knight named Beth.
Raven glanced at Beth and nodded without saying more. He helped the weakened Baron Kahn down from the walls and headed toward the main castle, where the Kahn Family's physician was.
The others continued fighting the enemy on the walls. Having accomplished his mission, Logan put away his Recurve Bow and once again vanished from the battlefield without anyone noticing.
"Did you see who ambushed Baron Kahn? I swear I'll cut off his head!" Beth snarled as he hacked an enemy to death, then asked another knight beside him who was firing arrows.
"No! I don't know who did it! If I find out, I won't let him off either!"
No one knew that the person who had ambushed Baron Kahn was the reinforcements they had been eagerly awaiting. The fact that Logan had been ordered by Reiner to ambush Baron Kahn would likely remain something these people would never learn for the rest of their lives.
The battle proceeded smoothly. The Crimson Gryphon Knights followed behind Reiner in a fierce assault on the enemy. Even the enemy's knights were practically incapable of putting up a fight.
The Morland Soldiers moved in groups of three or five, forming combat teams and cooperating seamlessly. With the swords and shields in their hands, they inflicted heavy casualties on the enemy.
