Chapter 1965

The Federal General Headquarters had been established inside an underground concrete fortification. Although several exhaust fans had been installed, the smell was still overpowering.

There was always a strange odor that refused to disperse. Fortunately, the ground was not too damp.

As a junior officer, Ryan had finally become qualified to attend command operations meetings, though his seat was very far toward the back.
