The money gangs earned through illegal businesses such as smuggling had to be laundered.

The money vicious bandits and robbers obtained by robbing banks, trucks, and trains had to be laundered.

Even the money in the hands of public officials who had committed corruption and other crimes related to their positions had to be laundered.

At present, the fees charged by the Federation's money-laundering industry had mostly exceeded fifty percent, fluctuating between fifty and fifty-five percent.

In other words, if someone needed money laundered, they would pay one hundred dollars, and in the end, these Underground Banks would only give them forty-five to fifty dollars through legal channels.
