Lucia was somewhat confused. When even the Prime Minister had become part of the effort to overthrow her rule, she no longer understood.

The President said with certainty, "You have. Everyone can eat their fill, and everyone can have some of their wishes fulfilled, so long as they do not go against your will."

Lucia grew even more curious. "Then why are you still doing this?"

The President thought for a moment. He needed to find a suitable metaphor to express what he was feeling at that moment. After searching for quite a while, he found one that seemed appropriate.
