If being tough on foreign affairs was merely one of the climaxes of this press conference, then the final moments brought a second climax.

When the press conference was nearing its end, Mr. Truman raised his hand and pressed it down lightly again, quieting the room.

As he organized the materials in his hands, he calmly looked at everyone. "Before we leave, there's one more thing I want to tell you—and everyone else."

"We will continue advancing matters at the national level, but revenge will not stop because of that."

"Every citizen of the Federation is incomparably precious. We will not allow any murderer who has killed a Federation citizen to escape legal punishment!"

"If the place where the crime occurred cannot resolve this matter, then we will!"

Mr. Truman had already gathered his things. With an unreadable smile, he handed the documents to his assistant. "This press conference is over. Goodbye..."

After a brief moment of confusion, the reporters suddenly realized what was happening. Was this... an attempt to take revenge first and discuss diplomatic issues afterward?

They had no idea whether their guess was right, but they became even more frenzied! After returning to his office, Mr. Truman immediately told his secretary that no one was to put any calls through except the President.
