First came a dragon's roar.

Behind Ian, a colossal shadow woven from bloodshed, death, and the coldest, most merciless malice was gradually stepping from illusion into reality. The vast clouds of dust thrown up by the supergravity wave dragon breath were ripped apart and scattered by a sudden hurricane. The warm, damp wind, thick with the scent of rust, carried bone-piercing killing intent.

Then came the wings.

Enormous twin wings blotted out the sky. Every beat whipped up tornadoes between heaven and earth, and those storms churned white mist through the atmosphere—opaque shockwaves formed from shattered air. The mist curled cloudlike around the dragon's body, concealing the form it was about to reveal.

And the heads that emerged last were a nightmare.

Three of them. No one had ever seen such a powerful dragon with three heads.

Yet what brewed within them was a white heat wind scorching enough to destroy all things.

Each of its heads was slightly different: one watched curiously, one inspected with indifference, and one stared with fanaticism.

A massive explosion rang out, and a towering colossus stepped forth from the void.

Its mountain-like bulk merely had to materialize in midair and fall to the ground to trigger a tremendous earthquake that shook heaven and earth. Scarlet points of light lit up amid the dust, and the steel-forged giant took a step forward.

What kind of giant was that?
