Night Snake refused to help investigate after learning Church of Light’s Embrace executors were closing in on his experiments in Layan Territory, and left to destroy evidence while Chris took the Redstone laboratory key.

  • Chris of Magnetic Light stopped Night Snake and his black-clad party outside Nauman City, which was under lockdown after an assassination attempt on Marquis Barton.
  • Chris told Night Snake that clues about the Ice-Mist Dragon had gone missing after a cult-linked ship sank, and that two Candlebearers were sealed inside the city.
