The rebuke rang directly into the Divine Hall.
The crowd, still shocked by Tianhe Divine Venerable's message, turned toward the entrance of the Divine Hall. Every face darkened considerably.
A Divine Emperor shot to his feet.
"Outrageous!"
"At a time like this, someone still dares to barge into the Divine Hall without regard for the rules? They simply know no reverence! My lord, I'll go out and take a look..."
"Wait!"
Huangtian Divine Venerable hurriedly stopped him, rising from his seat as well.
He looked toward the exterior of the Divine Hall. A furrow quietly formed between his brows, and a trace of astonishment surfaced on his face.
He found it rather unbelievable.
The guards' rebukes had clearly come from outside the Divine Hall, so someone must indeed have approached the Huangtian Divine Temple without permission. Yet he could not sense that person's presence at all.
It was as though there was no one beyond the Divine Hall gates.
