• Li Yun bargained with Zhao Zhen, revealed the Beast-Grazing Land’s threat to both worlds, and arranged for the Black and White Dynasty to pursue an alliance with Blue Star.
• Li Yun returned through the Demon Cave, killed the Demon People Leader after resisting the Devil Master’s Will, and went back to Blue Star to find Qiao Meng unconscious.
• Li Yun healed Qiao Meng and learned that Meng Qingshan had ordered the ambush, then spared Meng Qingshan at Qiao Meng’s request and destroyed the Wang Family after Wang Lifeng’s role was exposed.

Li Yun was framed for a string of murders, uncovered the Divine Domain’s role, and grew powerful enough to defeat multiple Martial Kings. In the Purple Moon Continent, he resisted demands for the Dragon Soul and rescued Gu Yin, whose promise to visit him set up a clash over Yan Xuanyu’s order.

• Zhou Yunhe investigated Yan Shan’s murder as Grandmasters accused Li Yun, then ordered him watched while the killings continued and Li Qingyan gave Zhou three days to solve the case.
• Li Yun exchanged techniques with Zhou Yunhe, discovered a plot to frame him, and exposed Du Qingfeng, who confessed he had been threatened before dying from poison.
• Three masked Martial Kings confronted Li Yun, and he killed one with a slash that leveled the courtyard while the other two fled.
• Li Qingyan identified the attackers as Divine Domain agents, and Li Yun later killed three more agents before their bodies revealed a connection to the Eastern Cang Chen Family.
• Li Yun skipped the Grandmaster selection, traveled to the Purple Moon Continent, and strengthened his Heaven’s Will by capturing the will of heaven and earth on its Martial Dao Ladder.

After learning of a Supreme Mountain showdown a year away, he returned to Crouching Dragon City as Yan Tianji and eight other Yan Martial Emperors arrived to kill him.

• Li Yun killed Wei Wuji after Wei attacked Gu Yin, then declared Eastern Splendor Stronghold the new Crouching Dragon City and appointed Gu Yin its deputy city lord.
• Li Yun helped Xing San awaken his talent through wine, and Xing San entered the Xing Lineage’s inheritance ground to receive the Wine Saint’s legacy.
• Li Yun learned of the Heavenly Gate from the inheritance, returned to Crouching Dragon City, and left to hunt Demon People for Myriad Wonders Points.

After reaching the hundredth step, he returned to Blue Star, prepared the Yellow Martial Sect for his departure, and helped Xiao Dingtian break through before announcing plans to connect the worlds.

• Li Yun shattered the Great Yan Martial Emperors’ formation, but Imperial Court Mountain intervened and ordered him to beg forgiveness, so he refused and later killed the attackers who gathered against Crouching Dragon City.
• Li Yun reached the Martial Deity Realm, went to Imperial Court Mountain, defeated its twelve Martial Emperors, and fought its Martial Deity to a three-day stalemate before withdrawing.
• Gu Hengtong revealed Imperial Court Mountain’s ties to the Through-Ancient Dynasty, while Ling Qingyue warned Li Yun that the dynasty could summon powerful reinforcements through its Portal.
