At Andrew's command, the War Boys immediately got to work. They did not take the biker gang seriously at all. After all, this god was far more capable than Immortan Joe.
The biker gang was a band of thugs who lived off robbery and checkpoint tolls. Their base was not far from the Citadel, so they were the first to arrive.
They had come not only because the offers on the flyers were too tempting, but also because they had a deal with Capable. This was the perfect excuse to pick a fight.
"When we reach the Citadel, make Capable hand over the fuel tanker she promised us. If she refuses, we'll attack the Citadel outright."
"Something must have gone wrong at the Citadel," the gang leader shouted. "We need to grab all the good stuff before anyone else gets here."
The bikers all nodded. It was not as though they had failed to notice something suspicious about the flyers, but so what? If there really was trouble, they could just turn around and run.
Every member of the gang rode a motorcycle, giving them the best mobility of all the surrounding settlements.
One of the bikers asked, "What if they give it to us?"
"If they do, that means the Citadel's defenses are weak. We'll take it over outright. Hopefully, they really do have as much food as the flyers claim."
The gang leader shouted viciously, and the bikers cheered in unison. It looked like today would bring a big haul.
Soon, they spotted the Citadel in the distance. They could even faintly smell instant noodles, leaving them both surprised and excited. What kind of food smelled this good?
Andrew spotted the bikers as well. He ordered, "Queen Maeve, take Capable, Peter, Max, and the War Boys
