Banner was taken aback, then nodded. "Leave it to me. I still have some connections I can use."
"Good."
Andrew nodded. He did not return to the War Museum immediately. Instead, he went to find a police officer named Matt Parker.
Matt Parker was a fat cop who had been troubled lately. Well, not because of the monsters, but because he had discovered that he could sometimes hear other people's thoughts.
Simply put, Parker had awakened the Mind Reading superpower. However, he was still in the awakening phase and could not control it, only occasionally hearing voices.
"This ability is far from simple. If developed further, it can not only create Illusion Realms, but also alter other people's memories. It is an immensely powerful Mental Type superpower."
Andrew looked at Parker and thought to himself. Such a powerful ability was naturally not one he could miss, so he had come specifically to devour it.
Parker was a good man, so Andrew did not intend to seize it by force. He waited until Parker was eating alone before appearing in front of him.
Parker jumped in fright, nearly throwing away the burger in his hand. He held the burger in his left hand while placing his right hand on his gun. "Who are you? Why did you suddenly come so close to me?"
Andrew smiled and asked, "Don't you know Mind Reading? You can listen and find out who I am."
Parker asked in shock, "How do you know I have Mind Reading?"
"Because I have it too. All right, don't make that face. I was just joking."
Andrew waved his hand and said to Parker, "I want to make a deal with you. Don't worry. If you refuse, I'll leave immediately."
"What deal?" Parker asked, his hand still resting
