Samuel thought that Homelander had fought Poseidon for so long without defeating him, while Hades was about as strong as Poseidon. In other words, Hades was stronger than Homelander.

Just as Samuel was feeling smug, fog suddenly appeared around them. Both he and Hades were startled. At that moment, Andrew appeared out of thin air and snatched Hades's Pitchfork before he could react.

Hades's face stiffened. Could this guy read his mind? That was impossible, right? He might not have a Divine Body, but he was still a High God.

Andrew said with a smile, "Don't worry, I can't read minds. I merely observed your microexpressions."

If Andrew had not said that, it would have been fine. But after he did, Hades became certain that this guy could definitely read minds.

"You saw through me. I really can read minds," Andrew added.

Hades nodded. So it really was true. Then Andrew said contemptuously, "You actually believed that? You're a High God. Have a little confidence in yourself."

Hades was dumbfounded. Andrew had nearly driven him mad. Could this guy read minds or not?
