S1 Flash wanted to cry, but after that Flash left, he still held back his tears and stepped forward to take away the can of tomatoes.
"That's over."
In the supermarket, S1 Flash watched his mother pay and leave, then couldn't help crouching in a corner and crying.
At that moment, S1 Flash noticed the shelf holding the canned tomatoes. The cans were on the lower shelf, so when his father came to buy them, he hadn't been captured by the security cameras.
"If I put the canned tomatoes on the upper shelf, wouldn't he be caught on camera?"
S1 Flash's heartbeat immediately quickened. This wouldn't change the past. His father would still go to prison, but more than twenty years later, he could use the restored footage to prove his father's innocence and set him free.
With that thought, S1 Flash immediately prepared to rearrange the goods. Just then, Andrew's snarky voice sounded beside his ear. "Do you really think that won't change history?"
"That would change history too?"
S1 Flash was stunned. Andrew shook his head. Although he hadn't watched The Flash Movie, doing that would absolutely change history. And indeed, after Flash moved the canned tomatoes, although many things remained unchanged, Batman was directly replaced by someone else. It was practically an alternate reboot.
"If the movie's plot was like this too, no wonder it flopped. The entire film talked about not changing the past, yet the protagonist had a great epiphany one second and changed the past again the next. What the hell?"
Andrew grumbled inwardly, then said to S1 Flash, "Barry, I can tell you with certainty: it will."
"Mr. Wang, I'm sorry."
S1 Flash apologized. "I just want my father to get out of prison. If I don't change this, he'll remain locked up."
