Seeing Maleficent finally admit defeat, Andrew satisfactorily withdrew his longsword. Princess Aurora hurried over and hugged Maleficent, then said to Andrew, "Your Highness, thank you."
Maleficent was furious. This girl had been sold off and was still helping count the money. She cursed, "He's a bastard. Stay away from him."
"Maleficent, if he were a bastard, you'd already be dead."
Princess Aurora shouted defiantly, "Besides, he's saved me several times."
"It was what I should have done. Just a small matter. You don't need to take it to heart."
Andrew spoke with a righteous expression. Maleficent was about to explode with rage. Which bastard had been talking about having two children in three years earlier?
Maleficent climbed up from the ground and said, "Give me back my wings first. Otherwise, I can't make all the monsters return to the Forest Kingdom. They may have intelligence, but once their Red Eyes take over, they won't even obey my orders. I need to use overwhelming strength to intimidate them."
Maleficent's goal was not to reclaim her wings, because she knew Andrew would never return them. She wanted Princess Aurora to see Andrew's true colors.
But to Maleficent's surprise, Andrew actually handed the wings over. He said, "Don't fully Fuse with them, or I'll have to cut them off again later. I don't mind, but I'm afraid you might."
Maleficent was utterly astonished. "Aren't you afraid I'll go back on my word?"
"No. I have someone backing me. If you go back on your word, Queen Elsa will help me teach you a lesson."
Andrew said with a smile. Maleficent snorted. Queen Elsa was hardly someone she feared. A thought occurred to her, and she asked, "What exactly is your relationship with Queen Elsa?"
"Didn't I tell you? She's the woman behind me."
