At first, the two sides were fairly evenly matched, but the scales of victory gradually tilted toward Ashley. The reason was simple: once a Sacrifice Superpowered Individual was hit by Ashley's flames, they immediately became Rage Life.
One added and one subtracted meant Poison Man and the others directly lost two fighting forces. Under such circumstances, it was only natural for them to be suppressed.
