Ashley's eyes instantly widened. You stole my man, and you still want me to call you big sister? Blair, I never expected you, with those willow-leaf brows and blue eyes, to be so thick-skinned.
Blair's skin actually wasn't that thick. After saying that, she couldn't hold on any longer. She gave an awkward laugh and hurried away.

"Uncle, why didn't you tell Blair that I'd already confessed to you?"
Ashley burst into Andrew's room and demanded indignantly. Andrew said, "I did tell her. Otherwise, why would she have specifically rushed back?"
