Swapping the real weapon in Poseidon's hands for a fake was clearly no easy feat. In fact, aside from Andrew, no one else could possibly pull it off.
Poseidon could hardly fail to recognize his own divine artifact, and the Trident possessed a rule ability that controlled the sea, something ordinary objects could not imitate.
Andrew could do it partly because he was an expert at making knockoffs, with plenty of experience using them to deceive people in both the Marvel Universe and the DC Universe.
The other reason was that Andrew had just found the Trident from the World of Gods. It was not actually a fake. It was genuine, and it possessed the same rule ability to control the sea.
Of course, the Trident from the World of Gods was much weaker than the one from the Main World. Otherwise, poor Poseidon would not have died so horribly. Worse still, it was now shattered. Even if it were reassembled, its power would be greatly diminished.
"No big deal. It's only meant to fool someone, anyway."
Andrew smiled faintly and swept his hand over the Trident. Its scars and cracks rapidly vanished, while its shape and patterns changed to match the one in the Main World exactly.
Its appearance was not the only thing that changed. The fluctuations of its divine power and laws changed as well. Unless its full power was unleashed, no one could tell this Trident apart from the one in the Main Universe.
"The knockoff is finished. Now, how should I swap out the Trident?"
Andrew rubbed his chin and thought, *Should I use a honey trap? Uh, that would have worked if I hadn't touched Poseidon's wife. But after sleeping with her, sending her back to Poseidon would be no different from volunteering to
