"Itachi Uchiha might really have War Syndrome. As for you, Obito Uchiha... heh."
Andrew looked disgusted. Too lazy to bother with the guy any longer, he flew over to Rat Catcher and said, "Rat Catcher, take the Rat Army and clear out the monsters outside the city. If those monsters aren't dealt with, they'll become a disaster sooner or later. Don't look so unwilling. The Bounty Hunter Guild will pay, and it'll be a lot."
"You should've said there was money earlier. No problem, leave everything to me."
Rat Catcher had originally wanted to refuse, but upon hearing that, he immediately pounded his chest in assurance. "I've been improving this whole time. There may be a lot of rats, but as long as I control the Rat Captains, I can control the entire Rat Army."
"Very good. Go make some money."
Andrew said with a smile. One day, when he was bored, he'd devalue the dollar. Then Rat Catcher would learn that putting money in the bank didn't actually preserve its value.
Giving his students free lessons—he really was a renowned teacher with Number One Teacher Morality. He deserved a thumbs-up.
With that, Andrew waved his hand and sent Rat Catcher and over a hundred thousand rats back to the dump. At the same time, rats from the other cities were all teleported back as well.
When the people saw all the rats vanish, they heaved a tremendous sigh of relief. They knew the rats were on their side, but they still found them disgusting.
Looks really were important. If it had been a hundred thousand Pandas, or red pandas... well, the public would probably already have taken to the streets to snatch them up.
"That move is so cool. Once I break through to Skyfather, I'll learn it immediately."
