This had gone so smoothly not only because of the reasons just mentioned, but also because Harry and Betty were both Andrew's women. Though the two might compete for his affection, they certainly would not drag their feet when it came to serious matters. After all, dragging their feet would make Andrew dislike them.

Mary walked over to Andrew and sneered. Andrew said, "Harley was the one who slept with me. The fact that she was willing to come to this world speaks for itself."

Mary looked especially disdainful. Thinking of something, she said, "Come to think of it, this development really does resemble a third-rate novel. The protagonist cultivates desperately, while his women help him manage his corporation or his foundation.
