Set sighed and said pretentiously, "I know you have always resented me becoming Clan Leader, so you have been stirring up trouble in secret. But it is useless. The Great Elder and the others are not fools; they will not fall for your tricks.
"Nor is everyone else foolish. They will not fall for your tricks either. Barbara, stop now, and I can still spare you. If you keep making trouble, I can only kill you."
At Set's words, the soldiers once again aimed their weapons at Barbara and her group. Although Barbara had played the recording, it was useless. These soldiers trusted Set more.
Was that not obvious? Set was the Clan Leader, and most of the elders stood on his side. If they did not believe him, who would they believe?

Set gave a savage grin and waved his hand. The soldiers transformed in unison, their Killing Intent terrifying. The soldiers under Barbara likewise shifted into Beastman forms, ready to battle the garrison.
