In Nightmare Hell, the sky was gray and hazy, and blood-red dominated the landscape. Countless ghosts flew about, their wails and howls sending chills down one's spine.
Besides ghosts, Hell was filled with all manner of surreal dream monsters, such as piranha plants with human heads, octopuses covered in eyes, monsters that kept peeling off their own faces, werewolves, vampires, zombies, and more.
