"Take that man with you."
Enchantress's brother called out to Axeman through his mind. "The Grim Reaper's contractor said that man is important."
Hearing this, Axeman immediately ran toward Nick.
"They're trying to escape."
Diana keenly sensed their intentions and immediately hurled the Lasso of Truth at Space Alien.
"You're too slow."
Space Alien smiled slightly. The black light in his hand split into three and landed on Axeman and the two Kryptonians.
"This is bad."
Axeman's expression changed. Tentacles sprouted from his axe and lashed toward Nick.
Nick staggered backward in fright. Carelessly, he slipped and fell, smashing his head hard against a sharp rock. Blood poured from his head, and he passed out on the spot.
Just as Axeman was about to control the tentacles to wrap around Nick, the teleportation activated. Carrying the coffin, he vanished along with the other three.
"Space Teleportation? Is that a magical ability or Technological Ability?"
Diana's lasso struck nothing. She asked in surprise as Superman descended from the sky. "It's an extremely troublesome ability."
"Have Andrew develop a device that disrupts space when we get back. It shouldn't be difficult for him."
Diana shook her head and said, "When will the people from Argus arrive? Let's send them back to the base before we leave, in case those people come back for another attack."
"All right."
Superman did not object. Before long, Argus and the Military arrived. They carefully investigated the matter and took the severely injured Nick and Jenny back to the base.
"The Grim Reaper is descending? Joining forces with Kryptonians to wipe out humanity?"
Jenny's intelligence put the Military, Argus, and the Justice League on high alert, and they hurried to investigate the relevant records.
Leaving that aside for now, Zatanna's magic show lasted more than an hour
