Soon, Alice brought over the Memory Extractor. Andrew controlled the energy cage, turning it into several chains that tightly bound Queen Selina.
That wasn't all. Next, Andrew took out an Inhibitor Device and clamped it around Queen Selina like an iron hoop.
Only after doing all that did Andrew place the adjusted Memory Extractor on Queen Selina's head.
