Andrew silently grumbled, then said, "You might not believe it, but my destination is in the mountains too."

"That does sound suspicious."

The skinny guy behind Fake Thor, thin as a bamboo pole, snarked. Fake Thor said, "In that case, get in. But just so we're clear, we won't change our route for you."

Andrew was alone, and he didn't look like a bad person, so Fake Thor wasn't overly wary of him.

"No problem. Sorry for the trouble."

Andrew smiled. Then, with Fake Thor's help, he secured his motorcycle beside the car before climbing in and continuing on their way.

There were five people in the car besides Andrew. As his gaze swept over them, he suddenly remembered which movie this was—The Cabin in the Woods.

Andrew hadn't watched many movies in his previous life, but he had seen The Cabin in the Woods, and it had left a deep impression on him.

The movie had two storylines. In one, Fake Thor and the others went to a cabin for vacation, encountered zombies, and got chased until they were scared out of their wits. It was basically the classic American horror movie formula.

It had pretty much every element a horror movie should have, including those indescribable scenes.

The other storyline was that everything had been deliberately arranged. Their purpose was to sacrifice Fake Thor's group of five to the Ancient Creatures. If the sacrifice failed, the world would be destroyed.

It was an excellent movie, and there were plenty of interpretations online. For example, some said the Ancient Creatures represented the audience, and if horror movies could no longer satisfy them, the world would cease to exist.
