Fused Darkseid muttered to himself, then took out the statue of Serpent God Set and asked, "In your judgment, when will I be able to defeat that Mr. Wang?"
"As long as you keep making sacrifices like this, we'll have enough power to defeat Mr. Wang in a year."
The Snake God statue suddenly came alive and said, "Until then, you absolutely must not act. That fellow hasn't used his full strength even once so far. He's only been playing."
"That wasn't even his full strength?"
Darkseid was a little stunned. Even S1 Darkseid plus ten thousand Mechanical Supermen hadn't been enough to make Mr. Wang use his full strength?
Had anyone other than Serpent God Set said that, Darkseid would have scoffed.
"You have no idea how terrifying he is."
The Snake God said, "In short, focus on making sacrifices and keep increasing your power until you can defeat him."
Darkseid alone couldn't defeat Andrew. Set's goal was to use repeated sacrifices to project a portion of his own power into this universe. Only then would they have a chance of defeating that fellow.
After all, Andrew couldn't truly act in this universe and could only rely on external power.
That fellow is far more than merely powerful. If I don't stop him, he'll definitely become a multiversal entity someday. That would be trouble.
The Snake God shook his head inwardly. He had a grudge against Andrew, so naturally, he didn't want Andrew to advance. Not to mention, enormous benefits were at stake this time.
