Scarlet and her allies learned that McCarran had used Nanites to capture and control them, while Dr. Reed prepared a way to interfere with the Nanites. Susan and the others infiltrated the laboratory to rescue Tony and Steve, defeated Flying Fire’s exploding rats, and reached the hospital room.

• Scarlet asked Andrew to remove the Nanite Control, then told Spider-Man and Daredevil she would help rescue Iron Man after repairing her Battle Suit.
• Scarlet spoke with Gwen and the others, and Dr. Reed agreed to build a Strong Magnetic Interference Device to disrupt the Nanites.

• President Ellis delayed his televised address and ordered warships to retrieve the presidents while the military sought a way to eliminate the Snake Kings.
