Andrew’s clone defeated Chthon, and Soldier Boy survived with the Demon Ghost bound to him but exhausted. Outside the Core Area, Andrew confronted Demon’s clone as Indigo fused with him, while the World Consciousness faced defeat within half an hour.

Wonder Woman sent Long-haired Superman back to his universe with the Sword of the Fire God, which could bring that world's Diana into the present as his ally. Meanwhile, Chthon and his companions allied with the Brood Mother against the Mechanical Demon King, and the Zerg Overlord demanded Doomsday genes before joining their wager.

• Wonder Woman imprinted the Sword of the Fire God so it could travel to the past and reach Long-haired Superman's Diana, then asked him to keep the plan from Mr. Wang.
